home healthcare services throughout southeast Georgia since 2002.
We are licensed by the state of Georgia to accept Medicaid, SSI,
Personal Insurance, and Private Payments. We also provide services
recommended by a licensed physician as part of an ongoing care
plan. We have been recognized by local, state, and national organizations for our ‘best practices’ in serving the community.
Our staff consists of RN supervisors, LPNs, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Technicians, and Personal Care Aides. All staff members maintain current certifications while also participating in continuing training/education. Services are provided in consumers own homes and or in alternative arrangements such as personal care homes, other private homes, adult day care center (Columbus site only for day care center).Our Mission...
